This is the same for me, no outside tap and dont fancy trailing loads of buckets of water through the flat.

Usually I go to the car wash up the road from me, the guy hand wash the car for

I've never looked into it, but I would expect the dust and grit on the car to scratch the paint work. I guess it doesn't scratch, so how does it actually work?

I've seen the stuff about and even came close to buying some, I don's have the minerals to try it though, especially on a black car.

Washing a car without water doesn't seem natural to me :P

thats the same reason im wary about it.

Here is some info from the No Wet web site,

How it works

When NO-WET is MICRO-MISTED over a soiled area, our exclusive formula has the unique ability to encapsulate and emulsify the dirt particles, lifting them off the surface, (thus no scratching) preparing them for removal by the simple swipe of a clean 100% cotton towel. The cotton towel absorbs the dirt and grime, and leaves the finish clean for buffing. Next, use another clean towel to quickly and effortlessly buff to a gleaming shine.

I was dubious about it at first but seriously after I saw the demo and then went home and tried it I found it amazing. I even tried it on my fiancee's car and she never cleans it, totally filthy and this stuff cut straight though the dirt leaving a clean shiny scratch free surface.

Must admit that would take a bit of bottle especially if its really dirty, must work though or they wouldnt flog it, or would they, bought some stuff once that said it stopped rain staying on your windscreen, aye and pigs might fly took yonks to get it off, did work at first or for a few miles, then when you get all the road grime on it not as good as they said it was at the demo, plus the guy doing it was using nice clean water Polish and wax different ball game though,
