so how can i get ssame colour on caer would i have to go all out an get full respray ?

Go to a good bodyshop. They will almost certainly use a photo analyser to produce an exact match for your shell. The downside is that they may well have a minimum order of either 1 or 5 litres.

As for colour-matching a textured rubbing strip (the grain effect ones, not the smooth but ribbed ones), this can be done but it's a PITA. What you have to do is sand the grain effect off, sand smooth, and then plastic prime and paint, and the sanding part takes about 1 hour per linear foot of rubbing strip, typically 12 to 14 hours for the bumper strips, and another 10 for the doors, before adding the painting time!

I'll do the generalities, and leave Felicia specifics to Tom.

Not all cars have stick-on badges, some have badges that are attached using little spigots on the backs of the badges, and clips on the backs of the panels.

You can debadge either type, but you need to fill the the holes with the clip-ons afterwards. Even with stick-ons, they are sometimes set into recesses in the panel, which would need filling and smoothing if you don't want a shaped recess in the panel.

grill off a vw caddy pick-up?????

just an idea.
