Do i need bigger caliper carriers? (Mk1 Vrs) and were can i get some from? I`ve looked on ebay with no luck

The details have been removed from the ad but if you have a UK vrs then you have 312mm discs already which I'm guessing is what was being sold. If so you're fine.

Yes they are 312mm. So i can just use the original calipers, carriers ect? (just had new pads as part of MOT)

how "just"? Old pads don't bed properly to new discs, because the micro-groove paterns are almost certainly different.

they havnt done 100 miles yet

Just use them then; they're no fully bedded in.
