If like me you've had a non working Xenon HID bulb recently i really hope for you all that it is just the said HID bulb and not the ignitor unit...which is what it has turned out it is for my octy (all connections are clean so it wasnt that - unfortunately)

JBS did the testing for me, and have just given me the not so good news about the part (ignitor unit) being

That'll be for a halogen to HID conversion kit.

If you want cheap HID spares, try HIDS4U Ltd, Leeds, UK for all HID and Xenon lighting kits and conversions

I've bought a few things from them & they are very good.

Yeah but aint got a choice tbh as its MOT time by the 13th of August...

the site does look good, but whats the delivery time like(with me being limited for time), i guess it also depends if JBS would be willing to fit a non genuine part also i suppose.

The prices on there do seem a hell of a lot cheaper than the original skoda replacement tho!!!

As for feel for wallet its also Car Tax time end of July..... Oh happy days lol

Just hope it goes through MOT without anything major, or the bank manager wont be liking me haha

Delivery is pretty quick - within a few days.

The Hella unit will be exactly the same as the OEM one.

There's a fair chance Hella are the OEM. Don't confuse the manufacturer of the part with the label on the box!

Mmm may be wrong , but the HID kit is not for people with Xennons to start with
