How easy is it fitting the Skoda roof bars? Can I do it myself or is it something that the stealer has to do?

Hatch. I don't have roof rails so it's the ones that I guess fit on the door jams ????

Do you mean roof rails as in a permanant fit or roof bars as in roof rack?

Roof rails looks like the roof might need to be drilled as there is a template which is bought alongside the kit.

Roof bars should be DIY.

You don't really want to leave them on all the time unless you need to.

Extra wind noise and increased fuel consumption are two pretty good reasons.

I can live with that. Live on the Isle of Wight so speed isn't an issue what with all the tractors and grannies! Thanks for your help.
