I'm French and obviously fully supports Sebastien Loeb in his quest for a 4th title. However, I'm worried that Marcus might win the WRC this year, being 13 points ahead.

With 7 races to go, we'll just have to wait and see and they get on on the asphalt, Loeb being better on that surface, everything is still possible.

Untypically, he's made a couple of major mistakes this season, when he was ahead but then went too fast in some places and lost it. shame, but i know it's part of the game.

Any WRC fans supporting Loeb?

Take care

Yann

I'd love to say yes, but I've kind of lost interest in the WRC, largely cos the cars handle so well, and the coverage here is so rubbish.

Bring back the Escorts, Ascona and Manta, Lancia Stratos and 037!

Hey Yann,

I love watching the WRC, to be honest I'd love for Marcus and even more so Mikko to win this year. Seb is a class act and its great to have a bit of rivalry in it. Makes a difference from the I'll hurt myself and take a break for a few rallies and still win the Championship ;)

Seb has made some really weird off's this year and too be honest looks a little bit off Colour and not his usual self in the interviews. He's nowhere near as confident as old. One thing is for sure Citroen make seriously reliable Rally cars.

Poor Petter has been nowhere this year, his car was all over the place in Finland, did you see it snaking with steering problems...not good.

you're right Gaff, it was just too easy for Loeb last year! He does seem a little bit off this year indeed, even though he's won a few races. Never mind, we'll see how it goes for the rest of the season

You have to admit Loeb did make WRC a bit boring to watch over the past few years as you pretty much knew he was gonna win all the time. Finnaly Gronholm is back to his usual self, nice and relaxed, not stressed and annoyed like the last few years, Ford have got the car right now too. I think it wont be long before Petter Solber (the worlds most unluck wrc driver) is back into the game, subaru will get that car right.

I also think Loebs amazing luck is starting to wear of a bit too, dont get me wrong he is probably the best driver out there but he did seem to get away with an awfull lot. Loeb hits a rock and all that happens is he loses a second or so with no damage. Petter hits the same rock and the car implodes on itself. Thats been less the case this year though.

Just my 2 penneth!

True, he has been extremely lucky when put like that, but he is class behind the wheel. I dunno if its the Citroen but the car always seems to be on max attack from on-board footage and engine noise.
