do you really like the shape & style of the 1.2 or 1.4 or the estate Fabia Mk1??

Well, I loved my old Fabia Estate.

Yep in Auto express a while ago - Im sure you all know how well it has been reviewed by all the main mags, Autocar, Autoexpress whatcar etc so it should sell well anyway.

For those who have the vRS Mk1 Fabia - do you really like the shape & style of the 1.2 or 1.4 or the estate Fabia Mk1?? I dont but I like the look of the vRS - as for the new fabia not seen one "live" yet so unable to give any vaild judgements on looks but mag pics look fine

if your refering to reviews on the mk2 fabia and not octy then it has been 50/50 really. although in some the negatives actually outwayed positives or maybe just the way it was written. car reviews though can be pretty pointless in places as alot of stuff in them is opinion and personal taste. cars just like food,art,music etc each like their own thing. mind you for many it will or depend on where jezza puts it on the cool wall. as for the mk1 fabia it aint the best looking car out there but you aint paying that kind of price. it to me just looks like an understated modern car. as for the mag pics looking fine your right they do but they have prof.photo people who spend ages getting the right angles and lighting and all that stuff to get a nice shot of the car. in real life in the showroom passing it looks good in black but when i saw a greeny mold colourd one on the road i had to look twice to make sure it wasent a toyota.

whereas I thought the new Fabia looked a complete pig in photo's, but nice in the metal!

For a Skoda , surely thats a good thing?

the new normal Fabia looks better than the old normal Fabia, imo.

Indeed, which is why I'm tempted to hold onto my vRS [and why not!] until a new hotter version is annouced.

If they do what they did with the normal, original Fabia when "vRSing" [new word :P] to the new one, they'll get a sale from me.
