Wheel out of alignment on Octavia vrs??

Hi, i need a little help with this problem please.

Whilst reversing my vrs into the drive I heard a thud, got out to check and found n/s/f wheel was out of line, other side was straight, there was nothing around that I might have caught, Skoda towed vehicle in and now nearly two weeks later they still appear to be non the wiser, it has had a four wheel realignment which did make a small improvement but the wheel is still catching. The dealer is saying that it could be damage, even though they have said they cant find anything damaged/bent.

Can anyone help with this problem?
