Well, considering I told you my plans for the spare engine I'm not surprised you're right. Yup - I nabbed the fuel rail off the spare engine and took it to a local metal finishing place and they gave it the 3 metal coat chrome treatment and it is now mighty shiny! With the fuel rail being a fairly prominent part of my engine I felt it was worth getting done (and was not too expensive)

The cam cover is going silver at the weekend (more silver than it is now....) but there's no plans to bling anything else up. Good to know the facility is there should I wish anything else to be done.

Pics to follow tonight - There are no plans for an engine cover (I don't use one anyway...) and there's definitely no plans for chrome aerials, spinners or dildo attachments.

I think a nice chrome picture frame with a pic of Dot Cotton in it would finish the car off nicely
