Featured Replies

Just fitted along with 660 injectors have a few questions for anyone running same set up. PM please.;)

You should be running the most powerful car then. Doubt anyone on here is running that.

Don't you need mega internals work, etc to run that turbo on a 1.8t?

Isnt Eddy's a GT40 based unit?

Mines a GT30, the JBS octy is running a GT35 and their elise is being fitted with a GT40.

Thanks for that Eddy, I thought yours was a big one ;)

you can run a massive turbo on standard internals but with feck all boost so low power :P

If you don't mind me asking. What manifold and size engine are you using to turn that turbo.

C'mon, Craig, tell us more about the car :):):)

if your running 300+ bhp then yo will destroy a standard clutch, you will destroy a standard gearbox and you will probably not do the internals a lot of favours. apart from internals i have done both running less power, infact i have done two gear boxes.

Though mechanical sympathy has never been bengie's strong point ;)

5k revs......... dump the clutch and off we go

mechanical sympathy is for pussies, go for it or don't bother. :D

I was interested in this Big Turbo Kit ! - SEAT Cupra.net hence my lack of replies.

After talking to JBS I'm going for something a little smaller :)

Looking closer at the kit it says RH drive but it looks like a LH drive manifold.
