Do that then. For oil/filter and pollen filter Id have thought an hours labour would be ample!! Sounds like theyre going for 2/2.5, do they employ sloths?

Depends on the labour rate doesnt it. Less than two hours at our local rates.

Service will be around 1.6 hours.
