A little more Furby track-action

Featured Replies

Me and a few pals headed off to Derbyshire for the SMACS (South Manchester & Cheshire Scoobs) Fun-Day at Buxton Raceway today. The Furby did well as usual, clocking 60 on the miniscule bit of straight on this tiny banger oval. My mates Scoob with 258 more bhp managed 65 :D The speeds were clocked by the Police who were there with a (s)camera van, LTI 2020 laser gun and a mobile Gatso to raise awareness and try and convince us that it really is about safety, not money :P

CLICK for the rest of the days pics.

Highlight was the run there and back though 'cos the track was total pants TBH. Our route took in Strines Moor, Edale, Hope Valley and the Cat'n'Fiddle  Had to blitz a few Sunday drivers on the way back over Strines, showing even the mighty Scoobs how overtaking should be done

Cool!!!!

Looks like you had some fun!!!!

Nice to hear that the Furby did well too!!!

Cheers

Showed 60 on my speedo, Police laser gun couldn't get a fix on me though :D I was right on the limit of adhesion all the way around the curve to try and maximize the tiny straight, absolutely desperate to pip the Scoobs to the quickest time of the day but it wasn't to be :( Horsepower beat ability this day :(
