VRS insurance for remapped cars ?

Featured Replies

My mum has just bought herself a nice yellow Fabia VRS.. One problem she is having just now is insuring the dam thing.

The car is standard apart from a remap to around 170bhp.. Greenlight won't touch it due to the number of total losses they've had..

Can anyone recommend an insurer that are mod friendly ? Either that or the ECU is getting relashed back to 130 :thumbdwn:

Cheers !

Just been having the same problems, decided its all just a lottery and if i hadnt phoned back direct line after there first quote it would of cost me

Adrian Flux or Chris Knott insurance brokers should be able to sort you out :D

Chris

The VRS is only group 8 insurance so can't be that much(Even with a remap)
