Does anyone know if the multifunction steering wheel from the Superb fit in the Octavia II? This MFSW can be had with both phone, audio AND cruise control buttons on it.

Is the steering wheel the same size and will it function correctly in the Octy (can the functions be enabled and will it integrate via the CAN-bus)? And lastly; if all the former is dandy, are the airbags the same, or does one have to get a new airbag too, in addition to the steering wheel itself? And are the button lighting also green in the Superb?

I don't think the Superb uses CAN-BUS.

No I think you migh be better to consider an Octavia one. If you want to use it with a BT phone kit then you can code the mute button to activate voice control.

According to de.openobd.org Superb also uses CAN bus, but I think you're right that I should stick with Octy parts. It was merely a thought.
