Ive a re mapped VRS Fabia which Ive had since new. its fully leathered, cruise , sunroof, ESP, and I am struggling to find something as good.

Test drove a 197 clio and no where near the performance although the handling is brilliant. Cant justify the extra money though.

Clio VXR was a contender but the silly front "MPV" windows and its slower round a track than a 197 and high price make it a waste of money.

The new VRS will have to be good to be a worthwhile buy.

I am afraid of lowering mine in case speed bumps mess the car up. I suppose you cant have everything?.........

:)

I mean Corsa!!

Bigger Turbo :D

I must admit I am in the same predicament.

I don't need a bigger car, but I am loathe to spend an 'estimated'

30000 miles and original clutch. Is that good??

Yes that not bad

I had a remap and turbo back exhaust fitted to my Ibiza TDi and the clutch started slipping the same day

I ended up having thew works done(Turbo FMIC.....and so on) then sold it to start all over again

Mine has just over 30K on it and has been' tweaked' for most of its life.

No slip, good bite and no sign of wear.

I drive it properly though, and expect at least another 30k out of it, even though it gets 'pushed' every day.

I try never to slip it, and always ensure it is fully engaged before I hoof it, and on my daily commute I am upset if I don't manage at least 100 mph every day, so it gets some sudden stresses.......:D
