Special edition VRS

Featured Replies

Just joined today and thougt I would say hello, not a lot else to say at present really.

My VRS is standard except for 2 tiny details. it now runs 180 bhp at 375NM torque, never takes long to get that change sorted does it??? remaps are easiest thing to do and who knows... and rear break light clusters. Changed them as the others looked so boring... as and when I get time/money to do so I intend to change the suspension, brakes, intercooler and filter. but first on the list will have to be the brakes as I don't feel they are really up to the job the car even as a standard unit. they will have to be changed for the golf stoppers, 312 discs and callipers, obviously coloured red so they do't look too wrong on the car. these discs fit inside standard wheels too so no need to detract from the originality of the car, also leave it as a bit of a sleeper... It will need de-badging I feel by then...

so theres my little intor and more later I hope.

any suggestions what to get and where to get it kindly welcom please....

Neil
