Finally finished the uprated injector swap. Just some eye candy atm...

Eventually hope to arrange a few pics into a sort of guide, but I wouldnt ever want to do this again tbh! The fitting is pretty straightfwd but the devil is in the detail. You have to measure to an accuracy of 0.8mm and over a 33cm distance too.

Note the piccy with the DTI gauge telling us when the lifter is all the way down

On the positive - the car pulls like a train now!

good work Basil , never actually done it at work , only ever practised it at the Ford training College whilst on a course , they didn't even have a long enough vernier caliper to measure the furthest away number 1 injector
