New wheels on :)

Featured Replies

A work colleague of mine had these wheels on his Mk3 Golf. He had got another set and asked me if I knew anyone who might like them. I said being as they would fit a Fabia I would take a piccie of them on my car and then advertise them for him.

Well I put them on and I love em, I think they suit the Fabia's chunky lines brilliantly so im keeping em :)

This does however mean that the 17" SEAT rims will be up for sale, open to sensible offers.

Pics..

Now off to fit Neo's 312's ;)

Hmm. Looks chunky indeed :D

And I also like the look of those Seat alloys too... Hmmm. Tempting...

I suppose you've taken the rubber off the Seat to put them on the new VWs ?

They really suit the Fabia

Very nice

The SEAT rims still have the Toyos on them. (two of them are rather worn, but still legal).

These Audi Comp wheels allready had the right size tyre on them :)

I reckon if I hadn't got my league tantrums I'd be making an offer for the Seat wheels, but as it is...

Looks nice though. I can't put my finger on why they suit the Fabia as I've always been a fan of either chunkyish 5 spokes like my old 17s, or thinner spokes like those Seat wheels, or my current ones. At least you can still see the Brembos through them ;)

PS: how's the strut brace, Ross? :D;)

Ross,

You have PM.

Cheers,

 Were they new when you fitted the rims?

Suppose though that with all the torque, it's kind of unavoidable

10,000 miles for a front pair of tyres on my Fabia.

Need shares in Toyo I think :)

 Car is looking really good Ross

Yep. they do suit the car, much to my suprise. :)

Just need to save up for suspension kit.... and wheels... and remap

Looks good Ross, more subtle than the Seat wheels you had.

Looks "Euro-look" ish and the rear looks good badgeless. I did that on the tdi and might do it on the vRS too. Either that or a sleeper badge a la Tavia RS!

Fair play Ross.... Yours is the nicest Fabia I've seen pictures of.... Very nice indeed.

RESPECT!

Like Jon would do anything like that, eh?

Ross - looking good! Those wheels do suit, although the previous ones looked a bit more "bad boy" :) Anytime you're near Colchester feel free to pop round and polish my car to a similar standard to yours! ;)

You need swissol! ;)

Mine gets the Zymol treatment, smells great :)

You need swissol! ;)
Nah - I just need to get out there one evening and wash the bugger!

Zymol did that?! Got a bottle of the stuff outside - oh, let there be a dry evening this week, pleeeeease! :D

I use Swissol to wax..

and Zymol for the day to day washing of it.. i find its less streaky than the swissol car bath.

Zymol did that?!

Yeah the blue Zymol polish, smells like Coconut or Banana cant quite put my finger on it, sell it in Halfrauds.

Very nice Ross, very nice.

Looks great Ross, they suit your motor perfectly, nice they fit over the Brembos too. Nicest Furby vRS I've seen so far. What about some light window tints - 50%?

Advertise your other wheels over here, you'll sell them no problem!

I think those wheels suit the car far more than the last wheels you had on. I'm impressed :D

Looking very nice Ross.

Never thought those wheels would suit the Furby as well as they do. I see why you took them over the SEAT ones now! :D
