You don't need to jack it up, a set of ramps will do. Or crawl underneath it if your feeling slim

lube the bushes with the supplied grease or they will creak and don't fully tighten the 2 shocker lower bolts until all the weight of the vehicle is on the floor

don't know about cost,but i like to do everything myself,too tight to pay and if i do it i get a sense of satisfaction,anyone can build a project with a cheque book;)

If you can't do this, you don't deserve to own a socket set!

My guide wasn't as polished as Stu's on fabia-vrs.com, so I'd go with that one!

you've got to hammer them into the shape of the rear beam , don't go too mad tightening them , just enough , if you know what i mean

when I get my ARB through the post..its going straight to someone who knows what they are doing to fit it!

I will print the guide off, so they know what they are doing as well

It really is a piece of pee to fit. I refitted mine within 15minutes - get out there and get dirty

thing is, I dont have the confidence, as I know I will feck things right up....or not tighten something properly.

I'll take it to a garage near me and let them have a crack.

Theres only four bolts too tighten, and as Ric said two of them shouldn't be that tight . If you don't feel confidence messing around with your suspension then thats fair enough, may as well pay someone for that piece-of-mind.
