Hi Jason,

we're staying at the Bosworth Hall Hotel, which is about twenty miles away, but, if we arrive there early enough, we might pop over for a Coke or two.

I can't drink much because of Saturday anyway, so at least this would remove any temptation.

We never even saw this place when we were looking for somewhere to stay :confused: . Do they do rooms? (bit late now, mind you!)

SWMBO and I are staying at the Sun Inn (as is JaneC) - perhaps work out where people are staying (I smell a poll) and go from there?

I think there's a small gathering at a place in Oadby.... Put my idea on hold and I'll mention when I get details... Just for info.

Mellow Yellow suggested staying at the Denbigh Arms in Bruntingthorpe and I was up for that and hopefully a group of would have been able to have had a meal and a chat. But there has been no interest (apart from someone staying there on the Sat) unless I am mistaken so I have binned the idea.

Was booked in the Denbigh arms as were others however this hotel has closed unexpectidly with the bookings cancelled.

Mental note - Premier Lodge in Oadby - there's a URL out there somewhere. A few people are staying there and apparently there's a pub nearby so that sounds like as good a place as any to hang out Friday evening.
