Gotta recommend ssx blur - it's a bit of a challenge to do the ubertricks at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's really rewarding! Got a bit bored of Sonic, but having looked at this thread, think I may have to look for Resident Evil...Anyone else heard that there's going to be another resident evil title along before long?

Resident evil 4 is the one that's out now - this is the usual RE stuff wandering around blasting the crap out of zombies and exploring.

Resident Evil :The umbrella chronicles is coming soon and that's more of a "house of the dead" style "on rails" shooter

They are great fun for all the family. Not a hardcore games machine like the 360 et al but just good fun.

If you are thinking of a purchase for christmas I wouldn't leave it too long as stocks are already low.

Back in March I ordered 2 from Germany, one for SWMBO's birthday and one for my brother, it was the only place that had them and they arrived in just under 5 days. £180 a pop from Amazon.de

My Amazon.co.uk account worked just fine and there are no implications with warranty as we have just ordered 4 of the FREE wii remote jackets with no problems.

I recommend people buy early. This machine will be in huge demand. Toys R Us will have some stock along with Argos and HMV and Game having the biggest share.... I'm told that other retailers won't have any at all;)

'Cos the console itself is still in restricted supply and high demand. They don't need to discount to sell them.

It'll be very hard to get hold of a Chipped Wii for a while as they have revised the version of chipset in them.

A new modchip is out for the Wii's with the newer chipset.

If you like flying around and blowing stuff up Heatseeker isn't too bad.
