We usually take our airbed and use that in out tent with a quilt or a sleeping bag each... its normally pretty cosy.

Tents are pretty cheap and youve got some time to buy one! hehe

We'll be bringing our pop-up gazebo which should make a good centre piece in the middle of all our tents.

If not there may be a bnb near by... lol

Just sleep in your car if your that fussed! As long as you dont leave the engine running to stay warm and keep us all up!!! hehe

As far as the weather goes, i've got a new waterproof gazebo which should help.

nice one then closer to the time I may put my name down for definite. Having run a forum for the last 2 years I know how difficult it is to get ppl to comit and them have them drop out last minute. We have a lovely tent that needs another airing - first outing for us in the new wheels will be All Types VW@ Bodelwydden Castle in April

I've not done camping for a few years so a bit of a novice but I think it would be a laugh, it's just trying to persude SWMBO if she wants to come, but I think it should be ok.

in the new year, I'm going to present the list to the rugby club, to see if we can secure their spare field, I will be able to put up some provisional costs the, we should be able to secure the RC's shower block for use for toilets ect, and I believe they may open the clubhouse bar if we have enough people (big screen pool table ect..)
