Hi guys

I'm from Nottingham, just thought I'd drop in & say hi to everyone. The reason I joined is because, i'm going to buy a new car soon.

At the moment, I've been looking in to BMW E46 318i SE (2002 shape). However, today I saw a VRS & became interested in them. Currently I'm exploring my options.

So I need your help people, what would you go for?

BMW 318 or Skoda VRS, budget is £6k max.

VRS all the way mate, is it the Octavia or Fabia you are after, I presume the Octavia??

VRS is a quick car, well built and something diffrent compared to a BMW, I came from a focus and looked past the Skoda badge and have got myself a cracking car.

I would go with a Skoda, Fabia's are great aswell

For that money I think you would be best in the Fabia. The BMW is a great car, my mates had one for years now and it drives really well. But, the Fabia is so economical and fun for the money. It's residuals are excellent as well. Enjoy.
