I think it was £67 but im unsure, which is pretty reasonable, deffo wasnt more than £80, might have been £77

Good thing is i sold my old shape lights on Ebay for £40 so only really cost me £30 or so!

Another smart looking Fabia VRS.

What did you use to get the boot trim off, so you could get to that 4th bolt?

Yeah, last time I removed my rear clusters the 4th bolt was a nightmare to get to.....bent the trim out of the way whilst using the socket set and the UJ. Horrible job - lost lots of skin.

Seriously thinking about new style rear lights on mine. They look far better than the old ones IMO.

Erm i dont know to be honest, was quite simple to do / remove

Just sortov peeled back the plastic carefully after removing rubber seal and 2 minutes with the ratchet set and they were off, was a nice simple job, i did it on the forecourt at the Skoda Dealership lol

/\ thats exactly what im getting (after xmas)

Black leather with black perforated centres and black stitching - door cards too at seat surgeons!

Dont need parking sensors as im a good driver and wouldnt want to spoil the look of my bumper, its a small hatchback anyway so if you can park this you shouldnt be driving

No you won't..

The MOT doesn't call for self leveling nor washers to be fitted, however, new cars supplied with them must have both.

I've had HIDs in my Mk3 GTI for the last 5 years and it's passed the MOT every year without fail...and that's at a VW dealership.

The only thing the car will fail on, is if the beam pattern is not acceptable, too refracted or distorted...which can happen when you fit HID elements to lenses/reflectors not designed to work with them.

If the lights are 'projector' types (like the Hella twin headlights on my GTI) then the beam pattern will be unaffected...on a Fabia, it may...and it'll be that you can be failed on, not the actual fitting of HIDs.
