Been a busy bee latley as I have now stripped out my computer desk and I am going for a dedicated Media Centre PC. So I have wallmounted my LCD, ordered a nice beech effect entertainment centre to put the media centre in (Matches my floor) and I will be wanting some nice matching sounds to go with it all so I ordered these,

Find Pinkbull Ramos home cinema set surround, 5 pieces,New on eBay within, Speakers Hi Fi, Home Audio Hi Fi, Consumer Electronics (end time 18-Nov-07 10:25:35 GMT)

Don't know if they are good for the price, but they wont be turned up much anyway (old people:P)

Problem is, I don't know what the hell to connect them to, If there is a way of directly connecting them to the PC Directly that would be cool or do I need an amplifier thingy?

Any advice really appreciated

You will need an amp to run them - something that can run 5.1 speakers

So i should be able to run the pc to the amp and then the amp will play the sounds from the PC?

That's right. The amp will have multiple inputs, connect the PC to one of them, then away you go. I'm no audiophile though, and haven't set up a 5.1 system before. Can't imagine it being much different to a standard 2 channel setup.
