Businessmen in rep cars on their commute in to work are great for this game cos they're always in a rush everywhere... Audi A4's, Ford Mondeo's, Golf GTI's (not the new one) and Ford Focus's have all been covered in the wonderful black stuff. How satisfying it is :rofl:

Perhaps we should start a points system for cars that get "vRS'd" and maybe get some leaflets produced that we can throw out the window to land on their windscreen informing them they have just been vRS'd and that if they are wondering why their car is covered in black stuff then not to worry cos it's diesel power and can be bought at participating Skoda dealerships? :D

Cheers,

Hicksy :thumbup:

:rofl::rofl::rofl:

Yeah, because a fabia can take a golf 1.8T if it is trying.

Yeah, because a fabia can take a golf 1.8T if it is trying.

No one mentioned 1.8T's did they? Could have been the 2.0l version, which.... oh hang on... has the same engine as the 2.0l Fabia :o

I'll get me coat.............

What sort of BHP and 0-60 times can you get from a 2.0l fabia?

Just do a search on the word 'Mustang' :D

Serious question now.........

What is this about the 2.0l??? They always get referred to, but I've never even seen one, let alone been in one.

According to Parkers they are 115bhp, and only 4 gears???

I'm assuming that they're pants? Am I wrong?

Oops I’m debadging mine. Better lose the baseball cap too them…..it’s not even a 3 series:(:D

Your such a wannabe :rolleyes:;):P:D:rofl::rofl:

There I was in my little Hillman hunter, its little pushrods tappety tapping away and guess what pulls up alongside? The Millenium Falcon! Fastest ship in the Galaxy was the rumour, but I wasn’t convinced. My little Willberpog MkI had a 1725 engine producing 72 bhp and if that wasn’t enough it had the back axel from a 1500 (lower final drive) so I figured I would give that Hans Solo bloke a spanking (actually that particular thought, or something like it, had crossed my mind once before) The lights went green and my sight went red, I had already closed the windows and turned off all the ancillary equipment (Heater fan, wipers and radio and……….er that was everything it had actually) a chip from my tyres and the asymmetrical space ship was toast. I am waiting an alleged ‘quick as a speeding clock’ Delorean to come to town next…………….

I nailed a Hillman once in my 1978 MGB GT..... never beat the Delorean though. Strange, I left it for dead at the lights but when I got to the next set it was sat there waiting for me :confused:

Reckon my Bicycle is quicker than your MGB ……………………………….:P:P:P (including it's current puncture)

Did this to a new cooper s uphill in my very standard looking remapped pd100 now 155!

Thought he was gonna chase me home and stab me!!!

Reckon my Bicycle is quicker than your MGB ……………………………….:P:P:P (including it's current puncture)

Let me know when you get the puncture repaired, I'll buy the car back and see if your theory is correct.... spec included;

- Drilled front brake disks and new front brake calipers, rear drum brake slave cylinders and all flexible brake hoses replaced with new stainless-steel braided hoses. Green stuff pads.

- `Koni' front suspension telescopic damper kit with new front coil and rear leaf springs.

- Engine completely rebuilt, upgraded and converted to run on unleaded fuel.

- 1950cc Stage 2 tuned engine with:

1) Kent 717 fast road camshaft (280º duration & 103º lift).

2) Full polished and ported head

- Carburettors upgraded commensurate with stage 2 engine and `K & N' air filters

- Stainless steel exhaust.

- Gearbox & overdrive reconditioned

- ‘Borg and Beck’ performance clutch with roller thrust bearing

- Aluminium bonnet.

:P

Any way back on topic......

They are also lower maintenance than an MG too, although I do seem to need more new boots than the car:D
