Was that the only change? No air-filter done at the same time, Cage mod etc?

im new to the skoda scene so what is pd 160 i know my VRS is pd130

^ It's an air intake from a Seat Ibiza pd160 engine. The jury's out to whether makes any difference to performance but I can definatley say it's reduced the amount of crap coming out the back of the car and the engine does seem to be slightly more free revving.

It's recommended for cars with a remap but as mine isn't remapped I couldn't tell you it makes to them.

Oh, and Seat kindly bumped the price up from £35ish to £75 for a couple of bits of plastic cos they thought we were all mugs and wouldn't notice

Or if you're lucky you can do what I did and see if a friendly Briskodian is willing to sell you their's

Matt
