Hello there, was wondering if anyone knew whether or not the headlight glass front could be removed on the vrs?

If it can, does it involve resealing it/replacing the glass?

It can be removed, using heat from a hair dryer or even hotter from a paint stripper gun, then it would have to be resealed with silicon of some sort

Why?

If it is condensation then the same heat applied with a lamp removed and applied to the opening would clear it, so you would only need to split if you were painting the base black or removing some stain?

I am looking to install a pair of white LED-strip sidelight 'bars' inside my headlight assembly similar to the Audi R8 LEDs.

I did notice that the headlights have a couple of retaining clips on the top of them and was wondering if prising these off would do the trick?

think there's a post by Jason with pics on how he opened his set up....
