As far as I am aware, the official line at the moment is there are no plans to bring one out.

My money's on late 2009 or early 2010, though...

No official word from Skoda as yet but the sport is the taster I would guess, having picked up a leaflet about it yesterday at the garage.

The UK Dealers were at the Czech show by Skoda, summer 2007 and all were waiting with baited breath for the new VRS

Skoda presented them with the SPORT and a possible VRS mid 2009

The dealers said but we can sell them by the bucket load, No Go

Skoda sit back and let the market pass them by

People that want a NEW VRS Will not take an ordianary Skoda and will go for the equivelant other marque model rather than wait IMHO

Skoda in the EU don't have the same market that the UK... the UK has a massive share of VRS's compared with Europe
