blast

How louds the creaking ? It could be the front ARB bushes if it does it when the car is moving over bumps/speed humps If it is only noticable when getting in and out of the carseat [or bouncing up and down in the seat] it could be bottom mounts on the radiator they can squeak like bu66ery on the octy...especially when getting in and out of the car and opening/closing the door

.....although 12 n half stone is a bit excessive for 5ft 3 tall ;)

Odds on it's either the radiator mounts or suspension bushes. Not likely to be the dampers.

yeh its just when i open the door to get out. its not noisy when im driving

Could be the door hinges or seat springs then. Exact timing of creaking sound is critical.

I get a noise from my rear disks/pads once the hand brake is applied (gently). Sometimes getting in/out of the car or rocking it can cause the noise. Changing the rear disks and pads had no affect, so I assumed this was a feature of the car (or maybe I just need to lank the brake on harder!!)

On the Superb it's normaly the rear brakes, try releasing the handbrake (on a flat road of course) and trying to recreate the creak.

this is where my money is too..

Try pulling the handbrake on tighter
