As good as the Roomster is I still miss my Fabia VRs.

Perhaps it was the performance I miss as I definately know it wasn't the interior space or trim quality. So a remap or tuning box it is then..........

Does anyone have a positive/negative on a remap vs tuning box on a PD 105bhp?

I know exactly what you mean!

The performance is ok especially given what it is but I find myself yearning for that overtaking oomph that the Fabia was so good at. I also really miss my Xenons :(

As far as remapping and tuning boxes go, I have spoken to Dragon about a box and they can produce a box with a map fairly easily as it's identical to the MK5 Golf pd 105. If you want feedback on remaps for the 105 etc try the Golf related forums. I want the Roomy to last so I am not going to be getting a remap but may consider a box in the not too distant future.

Can I also suggest a RARB to add a little fun to your daily drive ? :)

Go for it! I think the Roomster chassis is quite capable of handling a lot more power.
