Sorry, can't help myself.....

Drive off a very high cliff flat out?

Drive the car for 72 hours with no bathroom breaks?

I'm sure there are many other ways of dyeing the white inserts while in situ.....:P

As regards dyeing the white mesh a different colour with clothes/leather dye, sorry, don't have a clue!!!!

yeah it really was the gayest idea ever on someone's behalf to think that white mesh was a good idea

Light coloured trim in a car is sooo crap :( - shame there was no alternative available as standard, can it be so much more expensive to make it in full leather rather than half??

Over in NZ I was quoted $2000 to replace the mesh with leather - about 750 quid.

I think it'd be about the same for a complete retrim by Seat Surgeons.

the problem with dying it is probably the "shiny" part of the weave, almost looks like a nylon/plastic thread.. although it all seems keen enough to stain and get dirty evenly lol, so maybe it'll dye too :D

Is this insert fabric, rather than leather? I have an idea about using a reConnelysing kit if it's leather, but suspect you need a trimmer to replace the inserts if they're fabric.

spend 30 mins a week cleaning them and youll be able to dye them white

get the carpets from a basic model octy breaker as theyre dark grey and 2 hours to put in:thumbup:
