What alloys ?

Featured Replies

I am a proud owner of a corrida red Octavia 1.9pd and am looking to buy a set of 16' inch alloys ... The dealer is having 3 designs ..

1) Sirius

2) apollon

3) twister .

Going by the pics ,the apollon and twister seem better than the sirius .Between the two, the apollon seems better(atleast in pics) but i am not sure as i 've not seen any car fitted with apollon ....

Guys , if possible please give me a link to the pics fitted with the apollon or twister alloys and what do you guys suggest amongst these designs on a red Octavia ?

p.s. I am not interested in 17 or 18 inches alloys .

thanks in advance .:)

I'm a fan of the 16" Vega alloys fitted as standard to the Elegance versions, because the wheel nuts are protected - I think its a good, if not fashionable, design.

There's a good chance of getting these on Ebay or similar. The 16" alloys also fit in the spare compartment.

There's some pics of mine some way down this thread:

I have 16" Apollons on a 4x4 as below - I think they look great in the flesh and really suit the car but the photos don;t really do them justice. They are better than the standard 15" alloys on the Ambiente/4x4 as they have slimmer spokes but are also not flat fronted and have a 'feature' near the rim which improves the appearance (although this is not enough to allow kerb damage).
