Audi Style Grille for MkII vRS

Featured Replies

I suppose it's giving the 'Audi' look but I'm not so sure..................

Tokspeed Grille

.......also available in chrome I believe.

i like it but then i own a mkI... ;)

I like it but would probably just go with the top part (grill/surround). I think it would look good on a black VRs. I assume you can put your Skoda badge on...?

Not for me I think.

you'd need to see it from a bit back. looks fairly crap there .

Not my cup of tea either. :thumbdwn:

If you want an Audi style grille just buy a bloody Audi :D

De chroming the grille is sufficient.

I called it an Audi style grille but it's not marketed as such, it just looks like one imho.

I was only joking sir, honest. :P

Ditto; I experimented with a (mock up) black grille on mine and it looked all wrong;-

whereas, colour coding looks IMHO pretty good;-

The gloss black would be fine on a black Octavia (obviously) but the matte black wouldn't work IMO. The gloss and matte black wouldn't work on any other colour either if you see what I mean.

its looks mint in either pic, i love the red vrs..not seen any on the road yet round my way..have you got any pics of your car ?

I'd be interested to see a better pic of it, I am thinking of matt blacking my grille on my satin grey octy. Matt black could look ok against the grey. Could be tempted to buy the top half of this, the middle bit does not do anything for me though and does not look so hot on the blue in the pic.

I don't mind the black grill on its own, but that Audi style thing complete with number plate bib looks like sh1te.

do a search for B14 wheels mate, you should find plenty of pic's of Guy's (Bahnstormers) car there, it looks lush in the red I have to admit, and the red grille suit's the car perfectly

Steve, get rid of the silly stripes and buy a grille.

It will look mint mate

But paint your car silver first.........

Nasty tat.

Oh man, thats horrible :)

Probably best to just colour code the chrome surround you have rather than replace it with that nastly plastic?

I'd estimate around £50 -£60 for a new surround, painting and centre skoda badge.

Don't know for definite as I got mine as a freebie from my dealer (don't ask how or why) and fitted it myself.

there are a couple of threads on 'colour coded grilles' with more info if you search for them.

Matt black would look good on a white one, with the wheels sprayed gunmetal, imho

i like that do they do that for the fabia

Give over Steve :)
