W8 interior light for vRS

Featured Replies

I think another standard W8 would be the cheapest option TBH, just piggy back the wiring from the front fitting as required.

The only problem there is the main LED's are designed to primarily aim at the centre of the car so there would be no light getting to the sides. Maybe they can be turned and/or adjusted to shine off to the sides more.

anyone happen to know the part number for the black w8 light and wiring plug (if it exists)? I presume you can just order it from any VAG dealer if it does.

I'm not the kind of person that likes to cut wires, so happy to come across this: 1251_x600.jpg

Note the wiring loom with a three pin and four pin connector at either end, then the single wire to run to the dimmer or headlight connector.
