Dealers to recommend in West Mids ?

Featured Replies

Can anyone recommend from personal experience any Dealers in the West Midlands ?

Ive used Prestige Garage in Coventry for a few years without any hassle apart from them being abit far away for me to get there easily. So I'm looking around at others as I'm also looking for a new Octavia VRS.

Theres a good bunch of guys over at Brooklyn_Rugby I bought mine from there, friendly enough.

Yes I had to from Brooklyn but when they were at Alcester too {since closed}

I used Prestige last year for mine and had no problems either with them to date {first service due very soon}

I won't mention the one I don't like in Birmingham ;)

Auto sales in Bilston also seem freindly enough too.

Bridgetown Autosales in cannock haven't let me down yet.

Ive always had a good service from All Electric Skoda in Kings Heath.

Savilles Garage near Kidderminster is absolutely spot on for customer service. I've had a few niggles with my octy and they have been nothing but helpful and understanding on all fronts.

MPM :D

Brooklyn in Redditch have been pretty good for me , and I've seen plenty of positive reports about Savilles and the Bilston dealers as well.

I wouldn't touch all electric with a large pointy stick after no end of problems buying a car from them then trying to get warranty work done

I've only used All Electric Kings Heath and haven't been too impressed with them. They haven't been shocking or anything just haven't found them particularly helpful or friendly, even when looking at buying an Octy vRS.

Bridgetown Autosales in cannock haven't let me down yet.

I find them OK too.

Hi all

I'm in a spot of bother. My girlfriend and 5 month old son are practically stranded in Birmingham after my Octy died shortly after coming off the ferry in Hollyhead!

It happened yesterday and they had the pleasure of a 4 hour tow truck ride!

The car is currently at a dealers (who for the minute shall remain nameless) in Halesowen.

They called her today to say it may be Friday before it gets looked at and if parts are to be ordered it won't be ready untill tuesday/wednesday.

Can anyone suggest or recommend someone willing to recover and repair?

Thanks in advance

Colin

All Electric Halesowen then, down the road from me.

There is another Skoda dealer in kings heath and another in redditch. Maybe a call to either of these could help you out quicker.

The Dealer in Gloucester (Robert Bamford) isn't bad, even if the Brisky dealer page thinks it in the South West!

Only just spotted this.

Is your car under warranty or not?

If it is , try the dealers in Redditch.

If not , there's an independent VAG specialist in Dudley who I've heard good things about
