ouch!

Glad to hear that no-one was hurt.

if its a facelift car (98 onwith chrome grill) then its unlikely you damaged anything, but I'd check the Radiator for leaks!

as for repair prices, Butts of Bawtry do replacemnet wings etc.

new, a mk 1 bumper is £40, a mk 2 is £80. then add paint. to bye and paint a new bumper your looking at £200 if you fit it all yourself.

i'd go second hand if you can.

Yeah definitley try and get the stuff second hand first. Looks like you were lucky mate.

I was a muppet the other night and smacked the front of the car on one of my mums flower boxes - doh! polished the scratches out straight away, and there is only a minor dent left.

Im the third person in our house to do it - least my felly didn't come off as bad as my sisters fiesta, she dented the whole of the offside wing and smashed her headlight!

I guess it depends on how good a job you want to get it - if you want it spot on, definitely buy a wing and get it professionally sprayed.

Otherwise, try bending it back a bit - the sooner the better. I have done this after a couple of my sisters knocks to her panels (can be done quite easily with wood and a hammer.) It depends on how good a quality you want, with my sister she might bash hers again so she isn't bothered!
