Lada returning to the UK

Featured Replies

the samara used to be sold here.... launched about the same time as the favorit.....

They won't be £6k - In Germany they are about £8 - £10k for an outmoded Samara replacement with some pretty ugly wings on it.

But

Having worked at the import centre in Carnaby - would I buy - YES - if circumstances are right

Talking of Logan's, this is a pic of a friends Logan taken a few moments ago here in Croatia . Its a 1.5 DCI the 2007 model, he can almost go off road with it as he did with his previous car which was a Lada Samara saloon run on gas.

Octy 2, 1.9 TDI PD Ambiente 4x4 Combi and Nissan Sunny 2.0 DLX, Company Octy 1.9 TDI Tor Combi.

Thanks for that. Not my sort of car, but it should sell if the price and reliability are right.

Looks quite interesting even though it looks like a Langoo thats been stretched

The Logan has been promised to the UK Market - when productionb for India (RHD) starts.

However

Having family in Czech I know that reliability isn't great. also there are a few tatty ones which are barely 3 years old.

A case of you get owt for nought...

UK imports were supposed to start for the logan in 2007 - wonder if the poor feedback has stoped it....

Or

Have Renault instead decided to import the Clio campus from slovenia with it's self opening bonnet

Have Renault still not come up with an expn as to what non-book servicing was not being carried out on Clio bonnet catches then?
