Biggest size of alloys for a felicia?

Featured Replies

hey there whats the most common size of alloy wheels people put on their felicia? i fancy lowering it, wither that ends up cutting the coils or getting springs i'm not sure but what other car makes of wheels fit the felicia, i think early polo, mr2 golf and 4 stud vauxhall might fit but would like some advise thanks darren

I *think* Vauxhall are 4x108 PCD, but I might be mistaken!

yeah you could be right, just looking for advice folks, all advise is welcome! darren

Also, cutting coils normally results in knackered shocks. So I'd advise coilovers, or a proper spring and shock kit :)

thanks guys , v.quick replys and very help full, its just a old felicia diesel no that bothered about ride, i got a 200sx that runs on coilovers full camber and caster top mounts, with stiffer anti roll bars, and alloy bushes, hard is nothin till u sit in that! lol, but just want to put a big-ish set of wheels and lower the old felicia to make it a tad more respectable, if you can that make it respectable that is lol,

Yeah, you can :)

But seriously, even a cheap set of lowering springs will be a hell of a lot better than cutting coils off!

yeah i'll keep my eye out on flee-bay and see what comes up, do polo ones fit or is it just felicia?

D

I'd probably go upto a 15" on a Felicia myself. Some BBS RX-IIs would look good I reckon. Std fitment on the 6N2 Polo GTi. Or something from a Mk3 Ibiza maybe?

Steve

You have the same cars i do. I have a Felicia 1.9D and a S13 lol.

I use in my Felicia 15 inch but you need to use spacers at least 0.7mm because of the piece that covers the fuel pipe.

With some mods you can put 16.

I saw a Felly on Ebay that had Mondeo 15" 5 spoke wheels on.

15's with ET38. running 195/45 or 195/50 tyers will fit fine.

i have 17" wolfrace katana alloys on my 1997 skoda felicia they are 4x100pcd for the wheels i havre also lowered mine 40mm darren you can get the springs for £30.00 from fk automotive hope this helps

tom

ive got 195/50/15s on my alloys fitted to my fun and there is loads of space left, could go to17s if i dad a bit more cash

hey "skodafelicia" you got any pics with the 40mm lowering kit and alloys?

hi there darren it wont let me upload the pics as they exceeed the maxium file size in here but if you give me your e-mail address i can send you them if thats any help? regards tom :)

Lowered -40mm is maximum for 17" rims (205/40R17). I had it too. Now i have 9x16 215/40 and suspension HP sporting (HP SPORTING) -60/-60mm... Maybe i will go more down, but later. ;)

skury, witch of the HPsporting shocks do you have? i have the sport ones that only have the three set hights. but i have been thinking of trying to get the threaded adjuster race ones for my other felicia

how much did they cost you?

pinkskud: I have classic set HP Sporting. But for pickup they don't made this set. So i used set from my previous car (felicia 1.3MPI) and adjusted rear shocks. And i've left new rear springs made. And final lowering is -60/-60...

Before new rear springs:

After: (1- 7x15" ET25 + 195/50R15; 2- 9x16" ET15/25 + 215/40R16)
