Can anyone help me with changing the front fog light bulb on my 56 Plate Octavia Vrs?

Went out this morning in the fog, put my fog lights on and one of the bulbs has blown!!

Ive bought a replacement bulb but don't know how to fit it. Ive had a quick look and dont know whether to tackle it from the front or the rear. If its done from the rear, how do you get at it? Help please. (Ive looked in the handbook and theres nothing in it about fchanging foglight bulbs, just says if its not in the book take it to a dealer. That sounds like hassle and expense )

Its done from the front - i seem to remember there being black pieces of trim next to the lamps that can simply be pulled away definitely on the drivers side as it covers the towing eye socket) and you need a torx screwdriver to remove the lamps from the car (one or two screws) to get at the bulb at the back IIRC

Exactlly.That's how I changed mine.
