Hi

I want to lower the height of my Fabia vRS.

I've researched the forum here and it seems either to be coilovers OR Eibach springs + KSDs.

I understand with with the Eibach and FSDs that trimming the bump stops (or using the Ibiza PD160 ones) is useful, but what about with coilovers?

If, say, I wanted to lower the car by about 50mm, then what ELSE would I need to do to the suspension besides fitting coilovers? Eg also trim/replace the bump stops?

Finally, is there much difference between KW variant 1 and 2? I see with 2 you can change the damper setting so does that mean KW variant 1 is too harsh/soft?

the damper seting is the only diferance as far as i know i have the v1 ind i think they are great i couldnt realy justify spending the extra for the v2's where abouts are you im sure there will be someone neer you with the v1's that would take you for a ride so you can see what you think.

also with the v1's thay come with new bump stops and everythink you need but you will need to reuse the top mounts witch is not realy a problem.
