Hey all!

I'm Martz and i'm taking delivery of a year old Octavia 105 TDi PD Classic on Saturday, so i thought this might be a good place to start gathering up useful hints and tips. I'm new to this forum but an old hand at discussion boards in general having run a couple of my own over the years.

I have a modicum of car engineering savvy with my dad being a mechanic for many a year and i'm a computer engineer with nearly 20 years experience so maybe i'll be able to offer something back from time to time :)

Anyway, enough of the wibbling - gotta go and pretend to work :)

Got the Octavia a couple of hours ago and have had to pull myself away from the drivers seat :D
