Standard 180BHP Sucks ...

Featured Replies

So i've just had my car put back to standard so gone from 210 to 180bhp. I've done this as im selling the car and i dont want the future buyer to be concerned about any engine tuning.

anyways on my drive to work ... OMFG .... it's so slow. this is testemant to whoever is thinking about getting a REMPAP -- DO IT DO IT NOW !!!!!

I would hate to go back.

I'm in the weird position that i've never driven a standard vRS.

Mine was purchased with all the mods in place, so not even sure the difference !!

keep it that way mate, domt think that id like to put mine back to standard either

Just leave your handbrake on then! :P

Id hate to imagine, that couldve been a good selling point though you know.

ummmm, I love my standard VRS (having never driven a remapped one and feeling very jealous right now lol!)

you'd think it would have been a selling point but from my experience most people get scared the minute they know a car had been played with.

plus the map was by red dot and though the car has been fine with me I dont want the new owner to come on here and get scared and then i get a bad reputation.

I'd rather sell the car knowning the future owner will be perfectly happy with it.

it's that whole thing, if it was me buying the car and something went wrong becuase of the map i'd be a bit ticked off about it

:rofl::rofl: **** funny, I really wanna get mine mapped but just dont have the £££'s

I Had a free trial and when it ran out my car felt just like that
