It's a guy from Belgium. Seen the car on skodahome forum, and it has won shows and such like. They like that kind of thing in Europe though.

There's actually a few things I like about it. The graphics are ok (if you're a girl), and the colour is lush. The bumpers are alright too. However, the wheels are disgusting, and that bit around the headlights is ridiculous. Looks like the work's been done to a great standard though.
