Anyone fitted a 6-speed 2wd box to their Octy?

What driveshafts did you use, in regards to length and inner CV joint size/style?

I gather the differential outdrive flanges on the 6-sp are larger than 5-sp and the distance between flange faces is longer on 6-sp which would imply the shafts need to be shorter than 5-sp ones..

Any help or info appreciated!

Although i have DaveU`s old Octy with 6 speed in it, he didnt have a clue on specs,:P Contact Mike at Impossible as they fitted it

LCR? FWD TT? didn't the Anniversary mk4 Golf GTi come with a 6 speed box?

long story... but we're trying to fit a 6-speed Leon CupraR box and shafts, subframe and lower arms into a TT race car, and the shafts appear to be too long..

One thing we are in the process of checking is if we have quattro front hub uprights rather than 2wd ones and if they are different.. ?
