Hi - As of the 1/3/08 we are the owners of a very special little car!! number 970 SE bought the car from Sotonjoe in southampton.

Thanks to Joe for his help in sorting this all for me at the drop of a hat!:thumbup: also thanks to Joe at freeborn skoda the original supplier who was very helpful when i rang him to talk about the car as had supplied it new to Sotonjoe.;)

Been lurking here for a while having always liked the VRS specifically - having just sold our lovely Audi A3 tdi time had come to try something new!

Ok the move from the Audi to the Fabia is slightly controversial i understand and all around me just scratch their heads and say "Audi to a skoda...whut the..:rofl:" and ok i agree having had the car a few days i have to say its not a mini Audi!! but then the Audi new probably cost £25k plus! and this cost a little over half that.

So far i am very impressed with the little car after spending all weekend washing, claying, polishing and waxing and covering a few miles it is a lot more fun than the Audi - even my wife had to admit driving it the second time it was "Ok":rolleyes:..

Having had a few friends with Octavias who just loved them i started to consider the Fabia a few years back, but i bought a Focus RS instead which was a superb car however £40 filling it up every few days got very very boring:mad:!!!

I then even convinsed a work mate to test driver a Fabia vrs as i thought they were great cars...1 hour later he was hooked few days later he picked the car up and hes had his for about 6 months ands he's smitten!
