Which S-Line wheels are you looking at? Most of them are RS4/RS6 style, so you should be able to buy replicas in the correct PCD for your Furby

Update: Just spoke to the chap today, and he tells me he had them on a Furby before selling the car, didnt get chance to ask him the size so although he tells me thats the model of the wheel im guessing they arnt 18", maybe smaller. Going to look at them later in week.

mk5 golf rims are stud pattern 5x112 you need 5x100 for the Fabia you could look at MK4 Golf alloys such as the aniversary MK4 BBS's you can also look at New Beetle rims as well.
