Hello,

The new Fabia estate is highly regarded for its excellent build quality, space and refinement, plus the very competitive pricing. After a good test drive, try and haggle the price down by at least £500 - £800, even though it is a new car on the market, and try to get met paint thrown in free too.Skodas are great cars, and the jokes disappeared many years ago, and they are also very highly rated by owners and the press alike. The Fabia is well known for being a better car than its Seat & VW cousins too.Good luck with the test drive - I reckon you'll love it!

Welcome :)

welcome along.

Very good car, the new Fabia

Well that's it folks I have been and gone and done it! Very impressed with the test drive, in fact I was quite taken aback when I put my foot down in first to take off - I thought I was going to! My old 1600cc Scenic wanted a weeks notice before it would do something.

Looking forward to taking delivery end of April so they tell me.

:thumbup:Nice one.

:)Welcome and congratulations.

:PI just read your first post and my initial reaction was to give you tips about how to get 'er indoors out of bed! :D

:)Please let us know how you did it...and how you get on with the car too! ;)

Hi all - currently in our 6th year with this good old Silverline Favorit estate - it's carried tons for us & for charities; had 1 Fav before that & a 105 years ago (but useless for boot-space!). Just @ the point of 'Do we get power-steering or get this MOT'd for another year?'
