After 2 long months the grille is finally on... what a bloody nightmare, must have had 5 coats primer, 5 top coat and 3 lacquer - looks bloody good though. Heres a pic, ive also taken the VRS badge off the grille slats and stuck a black badge on for ultimate stealthiness. Also the lightbrows have gone, wasn't too keen :confused:

Also fitted my Seatsport strut brace - what an amazing difference, cant believe how much understeer this has cut out! :DD

Also next week the eibachs will be on and uprated front ARB bushes - cant wait 8|

The Skoda badge just looks dirty and the vRS badge helps to break up the front.

i think it looks pretty good although personally i would have left the vrs badge on the grill.

Plus why whould you want the sleeper look by taking the vrs badge off :confused: Its not exactly a quick car its a fabia diesel.

Think im going to put the chrome badge on anyhow, just didnt re-fit it as the original was corroded so went for the black one to see what it looked like.

Took off the vrs badge as i thought it looked too 'bling' far too many vrs badges on the car anyhow so looked a bit tat!

Better than the chrome one anyhow, just washed it so might update the thread with some distance shots all clean, looks much better

Tidy looking engine bay jase, just get a few chrome bits here and there and maybe sum mesh pipe or sumet and you'll have a smart looking engine bay.

My black badge is currently being re-sorayed in chrome, got fan on full to dry out.

really like that, not a fan of chrome. what about blacking out your lights? i had it done on a vauxhall and they took the lights apart and sprayed up all the bits that werent to do with the pattern. they looked uber cool!

Yeah, tried to use some filler but didn't work so i just glued it together with some super strong glue and sprayed over it, after a couple of coats of primer it was un-noticeable, now that its fitted its held in place so should hold
