I have a Skoda Superb - need the ball bearings changed on both wheels. My nearest dealer is Skoda Malborough in Isleworth but wondering if Briskodians can recommend a decent independent garage that can do this for a more down to earth price? Also, wonder if I will be doing myself a favour by getting the parts online first? (I have been told what I need...)

I've just bought an Octavia and haven't had any work done on it, but there is an independent near me who has serviced and MOTed cars for me for a few years. He is very reasonable, he is quick and he is a good man to deal with - much better than any dealership. And no, I'm not on commission. The company is Beekay in Hammersmith - ask for Paul Murphy.
